Home Staging

What is Home Staging, and why do Sellers need it?

There are currently more than 12,000 single family homes listed for sale in the San Antonio Multiple Listing Service!

That's some serious competition, so how can you ensure that your home will stand out from the crowd?

Aside from dynamic marketing, Home Staging is one the best tools to make your home stand out, so you can net top dollar for your home, and get it sold in less time.

Homes that are Staged using proven techniques typically sell faster and for more money! This is because Staging sets the scene throughout the house to create immediate buyer interest in your property. This will then lead to your home selling for the highest possible price in today's market.

It's important to be aware that, "The way you live in your home, and the way you should market your house for sale, are two different things."

"There's no second chance at a first impression" Buyers are often distracted by the normal way that we live in our homes, and can consequently fail to fully recognize and appreciate all the positive attributes of a home, unless it is correctly staged.
